Returns and Refunds

We endeavour to supply a superior product every time something leaves our warehouse.
All our items are checked by our quality control team before they leave. Sometimes, something may go wrong in shipping, that causes a fault in the product.
For all items that may not be quite right, please contact us on houseworxglobes@outlook.com and we will organise a replacement or refund if no replacement is available..
Please check out our troubleshooting page as often it is a simple fix first.
Please Note: we do not refund for incorrect choice, however, we are happy to exchange any product at the purchasers expense.
